We design the way buildings live second lives

Do you remember the Citicorp building, the first building with indoor Privately Owned Public Space (POPS) built in 1977? You should see it now – and hear it for yourself. Restacked and reimagined, Cerami went inside to reinvigorate the atrium, and evaluate the acoustics during the floor-by-floor facelift.

Signature Solution: Attracting fresh and new retail tenants into the revitalized atrium was of utmost importance to Boston Properties. Choosing the separation to podium tenants was vital. Cerami shared many glass choices in our Immersive Studio, where decisions are made based on hearing the different options, before important selections and purchases need to be made.  In addition, the modern food hall, The Hugh, was designed with special considerations for the finishes to not disturb the office tenants surrounding the atrium.
