Mark has worked for the Toronto based Valcoustics team for over 19 years. He is a Principal Engineer, a Designated Consulting Engineer and has acted as Project Manager on many major environmental and architectural acoustics projects. His responsibilities include project management, acoustical detail design, field measurements, analysis, computations, and report preparation. Mark has also provided expert witness testimony in acoustics before the courts and tribunals such as the Ontario Municipal Board and the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal. He regularly assists with negotiating settlements and wording agreements, to avoid costly hearings and to reduce delays, in the land use approvals process.
