With 25+ years managing security and multi-disciplinary projects for facilities of all types, including, office buildings, hotels and airports, research labs and manufacturing, she is a fount of knowledge regarding access control, security cameras, video surveillance, and sensors. Talk of Higher Education facilities and libraries especially lights her up – she and her studio set the AV and IT standards for all the NYC Public Libraries, Barnard College, NYU and Princeton University. The Ford Foundation remains one of her favorite projects with a mission that hits home, as Carmen immigrated from Romania in the 90s.

Carmen sleeps well at night, knowing that she has brought the best security solutions to our clients. And because she is constantly in motion – evaluating the selection of vendors and contractors and supervising installation during the entire construction process.. She is in demand both in the US and abroad, designing the security for the Expo 2020 in Dubai.

Carmen unwinds with Tae-bo, traveling and she is not ashamed to admit, beach books.
