Jr. Associate/Associate- Acoustics Department

Project Work

  • Learn and utilize acoustical software and instrumentation to carry out field and design work
  • Carry out site surveys and analyze data.
  • Carry out drawing reviews and necessary calculations and present results to project manager.
  • Ensure company technical and professional standards are met.
  • Keep project manager informed on client and project issues for assigned projects.
  • Attend project meetings with clients and prepare meeting summaries in a timely fashion.
  • Prepare reports for submission to clients.
  • Develop and update acoustic models
  • Develop graphics to illustrate the results of acoustic models


  • Assist marketing the firm, through providing clients with excellent and timely work product.
  • Foster repeat business—develop client relationships
  • Attend business related events through which contacts would be developed
  • Utilize the CRM fully to log opportunities, client and project information.
  • Draft proposals for small projects for review by Senior staff.

  • Ability to listen to clients and team members.
  • Ability to effectively communicate information in a clear and concise manner to Clients and within the company.
