Marketing Assistant
. We are currently seeking a marketing assistant to join our team. Successful candidates will have 2-3 years prior experience within the architectural, engineering, or construction industry.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • Strong Attention to Detail; Organized & Structured in approach to tasks

  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment

  • Work well under pressure and can respond positively to multiple deadlines and people

  • Active listener and communicator with outstanding critical thinking, analytical & judgment skills

  • Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Intermediate knowledge of PhotoShop, InDesign, and CRM programs (Deltek Vision a +)

    Acousticians all Levels
    Responsibilities include:

  • Responsibility for small & midsized projects including performing calculations and site surveys/construction administration, representing the company at project meetings, and providing drawing review and specification amendments within the specified project schedule.

  • Communicate recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner through verbal conversation, written reports, and presentations.

  • Maintain client relationships and foster repeat business.

  • Keep current on the latest technological and market specific trends.


  • Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following: Acoustical, Mechanical or Building Engineering, or Physics.

  • A thorough understanding of environmental and architectural acoustics, and vibration analysis.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, project management and client relationship management abilities are all key to success in this position.



  • Audiovisual Consultants Mid-Level
    Responsibilities include:
  • Performing "Needs Analysis" surveys, interviewing clients as to their requirements and preparing program reports, budgets, and equipment data to clients to assist in making decisions regarding AV fit-out.

  • Development and design of project drawings (using Autocad and Revit)

  • Manage larger-scale projects with minimal supervision consistent with company technical and professional standards, ensuring quality and timely work deliverables.

  • Communicating recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner through conversation, written reports, and presentations.

  • Maintain client relationships and foster repeat business.

  • Keep current on the latest technological and market specific trends.


  • Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent work experience)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Project Management and Client Relationship Management abilities are key to success in this role.

  • CTS Certification a +
