Cerami provided acoustical consulting for 200 Eye Street which included renovation of the 350,000 square foot building, as well as the interior fit-out. The building now houses many diverse DC Government Agency spaces, including the Office of the Chief Technology Officer, the Office of Motion Pictures, and the Child and Family Services Agency.

Our team provided review of the base-building acoustical conditions throughout. As the project goals included achieving LEED Platinum certification, extensive review and recommendations for HVAC and other mechanical systems were required to control noise in the open and private office areas. Other specialty areas such as the Intake and Visitation Rooms for CFSA were reviewed to ensure high levels of privacy.
