Cerami & Associates is currently providing acoustical, audiovisual, IT, and security consulting for the Phase 1 renovation of Upton Hall. Built in 1962, the building requires a full upgrade to MEP infrastructure and updates to technology systems to create a modern facility while still maintaining the legacy of the historic building design.

Our work for this five-story building, which accommodates the School for Arts & Humanities, supports programs in art, design, and technology and includes general classrooms, digital labs and editing suites, galleries, an auditorium, rehearsal and dance studios, art classrooms including ceramics, wood, and jewelry, and associated administrative spaces.

The rehabilitation will also include an upgrade of all interiors, MEP, including the air handling unit and some mechanical work for the theater, and building exterior envelope. Of additional importance is the upgrade to the building and classroom communication systems.
