Cerami provided consulting services for the interior fit-out of 240,000 square feet of office space which included open and closed plan offices, conference and meeting spaces on general office floors, a 10,300 square foot conference center with pre-function space, and 9,000 square feet of trading.
All conference rooms were fit-out with rear-projection or flat-panel displays, videoconferencing systems including HD cameras, wired microphones for voice-pickup, multimedia presentation capabilities, and simultaneous interpretation systems. For the conference center and pre-function space, additional systems were provided to increase flexibility for the divisible spaces and to provide background music systems. For the open collaboration spaces, permanent displays for market and TV feeds were included along with tabletop audio conferencing systems. For the trading floor, additional displays were suspended from the ceiling so market feeds could be viewed from trader positions. All AV systems are connected to a central control room allowing ease of setup for all room functions, room scheduling, as well as monitoring and maintenance of component life-cycle.
IT work involved infrastructure (voice/data) requirements, including equipment spaces, racks, connectivity hardware, pathways, empty conduit and cabling infrastructure throughout the new facility, including a main equipment/server room. Technology is flexible and easy to set-up and tear-down in rooms where moveable furniture is employed.
Our security consultants designed access control and door hardware, intrusion detection and alarm notification, interior and exterior surveillance camera systems which tie to back of house and lobby desk monitoring systems.
