The 88 acre San Antonio (SNO) campus of low-lying buildings was built in a developing suburb. A key issue in gaining approval for the development was providing noise control of rooftop mechanical equipment to ensure they were within local noise ordinances.

Cerami conducted benchmark studies and defined acoustical standards. The project was so successful that additional modules were built after ten years, virtual copies of the earlier work. The acoustical environment developed for this campus was established as the standard for Capital Group projects world-wide.

Lessons learned from the SNO campus were applied to new 1.4m SF campus in Orange County (OC), CA which opened 2007. The OC Campus includes six three-story office buildings, an entry pavilion, central services building (café, data center, high volume mail center) offices, training and conference rooms.

The design of the SNO campus began a fifteen year relationship between Cerami and the client. Cerami has collaborated on over twenty subsequent Capital Group locations.
