All conference rooms  for Blackstone’s Headquarters were classified into 5 groups, based on size and intended use, and were designed for seamless, intuitive use from one room to the next. The smallest of the rooms include audio conferencing capabilities, while the larger, more complex rooms incorporate HD videoconferencing and presentation capabilities with LCD displays or projection screens. These rooms also include the ability to show video from multiple media sources including Cable or satellite TV.

The audio conference systems include unobtrusive dedicated table microphones for improved pickup of participants at the conference table with a highly intelligible, integrated loudspeaker system. Standards development has been scaled from the design of the NY facilities and has been incorporated into recent implementations in Europe and Asia.

We continue to provide design services and oversight for Blackstone to ensure these audiovisual standards are implemented throughout other new global locations. Additionally, we provide direction of Day 2 operations including oversight and management of AV facilities, conferencing scheduling and training of staff.
