The high-end tenancy of this new headquarters facility included multiple project teams for each of the function areas; one for wellness, amenities, and trading, one for executive floors, and one for the tower floors.

Our acoustics team utilized benchmarking studies and tests to work with the client in establishing design criteria then worked closely with each team to ensure that acoustical criteria were uniformly applied and managed throughout the facility.

Cerami’s audiovisual team provided design for the executive and trading floors at 200 West Street. These spaces included the Boardroom & Conference Rooms of varying complexity and size including highly confidential war room space, multipurpose rooms, interview rooms, and executive amenities spaces including dining and wellness.

The executive conference area includes rooms ranging in capacity from 8-10 persons to 24-30 persons. The smaller rooms feature audio conferencing and concealable displays for presentations and the larger rooms feature flexible seating, active displays, and tabletop audio and videoconferencing. It was required that all Boardroom technology systems be hidden when not in use.

The trading floors features ceiling mounted flat panel displays for the reproduction of TV signals and market data. The video support feature of turrets is also utilized for individualized video and audio delivery to the trading desk.
